Thank you, sir. Been doing them for a long time, haha. I have managed to duplicate this bug with all of these programs gone, so it's probably either a 180,43 driver, dual graphics card, or Vista 64 related bug.
BTW, I am REALLY liking this program more and more every day. One thing that isn't emphasized enough I think is how Fences even lets you get around the Windows Desktop grid snap. By creating a fence, putting icons in it, they get arranged quite nicely, but THEN you can drag the Fence around and really place it EXACTLY where you want it. This has made my three monitor desktop look and feel MUCH cleaner.
Well done code master.
PS The only thing I find myself wanting to do is double click on the title for a fence to see it "roll-up" or disappear. In other words, a mini hide for just that fence, where double-clicking (single clicking?) the title/name causes the Fence to open or close like say a folder would. This is mostly because I would like some of my fences open/visible all the time, and others sleeping until needed. Exclude from Quick-Hide covers this sort of, just differently. I'll try and get the zen of that.
