Firefox 3 Release & Stardock Site Compatibility
Jul 30, 2008 12:59

Firefox 3.0 goes final and is scheduled for release on Tuesday, June 17th.

There are currently known incompatibilities between Firefox 3 and many of our sites and forums. For the most part, the sites function properly, but have formatting issues. A specific example are the login & password fields to log into these forums. In Firefox 3, instead of both being on the same line, they are stacked vertically.

We will be addressing these visual issues in time. Please do NOT post threads on the forums pointing out Firefox 3 site issues. They will be deleted. We are aware of the problems and will work as quickly as we can to resolve them.

Until posted otherwise, the only version of Firefox our sites support at the moment is Firefox 2.

Actually it's quite simple Bressler:

Right click your current dock, GOTO This Dock, ADD, New Custom Flyout Menu, from there you can right click your new flyout on your dock and assign one of the preset folders such as My Computer, Desktop, Favorites, etc. Or you can make your own custom menu simply by selecting a folder of your choice. At this point you can also change the flyout's icon image to what ever you want as well. (Example of custom tile zoomer, open tab and flyout in picture below)

Click your flyout out and there it is. It displays your selected folder contents in odd numbers 5, 7 and 9. Touch the right or left arrows and your folders scroll in a simi-circular motion.

Take your time, it's easy and fun.

I hope this helps a little, good luck!

I am using the free version of Object Dock on a Win XP computer.

When I right click, I do not see a "New Custom Flyout Menu" when I click "Add". What is see is "Add a new xxx.shortcut, or entry, or docklet, all of these for existing, basic things.

What am I doing wrong? Or am I not understanding this properly?

THanks
