Firefox 3 Release & Stardock Site Compatibility
Jul 30, 2008 12:59

Firefox 3.0 goes final and is scheduled for release on Tuesday, June 17th.

There are currently known incompatibilities between Firefox 3 and many of our sites and forums. For the most part, the sites function properly, but have formatting issues. A specific example are the login & password fields to log into these forums. In Firefox 3, instead of both being on the same line, they are stacked vertically.

We will be addressing these visual issues in time. Please do NOT post threads on the forums pointing out Firefox 3 site issues. They will be deleted. We are aware of the problems and will work as quickly as we can to resolve them.

Until posted otherwise, the only version of Firefox our sites support at the moment is Firefox 2.

CLR Error

By Posted May 15, 2008 08:19:57

Went to run Impulse this morning and got the following error - "CLR error:80004005.  This program will now terminate."  Redownloaded Impulse and went thru the uninstall/reinstall process thinking that would solve the problem.  No Luck.  Still getting the same error when I attempt to re-run the program.

Also, if it is any help, Windowblinds started to act weird yesterday evening.  Don't know the name of the element, but it is the 'tool bar' control located in the upper right hand corner of the explorer bar.  That would not change when WB was changed - remained the same from the initial WB.  Also, at the same time, WB did not change the 'tool bar' icon set to match the applied WB.

WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 6.1 (build 55 x86)

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC
WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC
Your machine supports per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins.

Make sure in the properties of the shortcut to the program that you are not running it in any compatibility mode. Failing that, I'd suggest reinstalling the .NET framework.
