Firefox 3 Release & Stardock Site Compatibility
Jul 30, 2008 12:59

Firefox 3.0 goes final and is scheduled for release on Tuesday, June 17th.

There are currently known incompatibilities between Firefox 3 and many of our sites and forums. For the most part, the sites function properly, but have formatting issues. A specific example are the login & password fields to log into these forums. In Firefox 3, instead of both being on the same line, they are stacked vertically.

We will be addressing these visual issues in time. Please do NOT post threads on the forums pointing out Firefox 3 site issues. They will be deleted. We are aware of the problems and will work as quickly as we can to resolve them.

Until posted otherwise, the only version of Firefox our sites support at the moment is Firefox 2.

Help with stupid question

I need help! I have ODUltimate installed, and Object Dock up and running. My problem is, I forgot what to run to be able to add different docks, to load a dock to replace the one I'm using, etc. I have downloaded docks, chosen new ones, for a while now, but senior citizens forget things, sometimes.
Help an old lady out, please??

Thank you.

right click on a dock move cursor to this Dock sub menu opens click Dock Settings opens up main settings menu.

Click on Appearance then select new background.

If TAb dock first parts the same but once main menu open click on Tabs & styles and select new background in Style

If you have Object Dock Plus and want to add a new dock once main menu open click on My Docks bottom left then you can Create new Dock or new tabbed dock..

Once you like what you have in main menu use Themes / Backup to save your docks

You need to rightclick somewhere on the dock and when you get a that has choices like magnification, always on top etc. go down to Add and then select New "Configure Dock" entry. That will put a shortcut on your dock that will launch the OD Configure screen. Then you can do what Rick says. It's good to have the OD Configure icon on your dock, makes it easy to get to.

In addition, you could go to Start/All Programs/ find your Object Dock Plus shortcut and lauch that. Then select which dock you want to edit from the list, highlight it and click Edit this dock. That will bring up the config screen for that dock. Then do what Rick says.
