Applying a Skin

Hey,
I have started to make a skin in Skinstudio 4 and want to apply it to my system so that i can check what it looks like. I have WindowBlinds 6 but when i select Tools>WindowBlinds>Apply the skin it just appleys the classic Microsoft theme instead. It does the same when i ask it to test the skin too.
