Still a bit overwhelmed...

Hello! I just recently purchased OD, and I am itching to make a skin with SS6! While I must say that SS6 is a great improvement in terms of ease of use over SS5 (congrats to all who worked on it!)), there is still room for improvement. I don't know if it just hasn't come out yet or what, but comprehensive documentation would be much appreciated (any plans to update the wiki?).

In the mean time, is there a template of some sort from which skirgins (=skinning + virgins, ©pmac7 2008

) such as myself can get a feel for sizes, file types, etc.? Or do I have to splash around existing skins to get a feel for it?

when you open sk6 you have the option of starting a new skin......the template comes with the new skin.........good luck

....if you have any skinning quesitons, dont hesitate to post them here, most folks here are pretty helpful and will be able to find you a solution.

if the template still sort of leaves you a little lost......just download a vista skin and disect it..
