Firefox 3 Release & Stardock Site Compatibility
Jul 30, 2008 12:59

Firefox 3.0 goes final and is scheduled for release on Tuesday, June 17th.

There are currently known incompatibilities between Firefox 3 and many of our sites and forums. For the most part, the sites function properly, but have formatting issues. A specific example are the login & password fields to log into these forums. In Firefox 3, instead of both being on the same line, they are stacked vertically.

We will be addressing these visual issues in time. Please do NOT post threads on the forums pointing out Firefox 3 site issues. They will be deleted. We are aware of the problems and will work as quickly as we can to resolve them.

Until posted otherwise, the only version of Firefox our sites support at the moment is Firefox 2.

A little advice please.

Hey everyone, sorry to have to ask again, but I need the name of a program that can help me. My internet connection isn't working right, and I know it has something to do with my computer, is there a program that can scan my linksys and D-link as well as my network connections area, and tell me what's wrong and how to fix it?

Try System mechanic. It has some options for the internet connection maintenance.

I have quite a few problems with my connection, my OS is WXP:

1. network connections folder, the internet won't show up, I think that is the cause for my other problems.

2. occasionally will have periods of time where my connection D-link will go out for a good deal of time, I think this is connected to problem 1.

3. my BT speeds are slower than usual and the light always stays yellow, even when it should be green. Again I think this is connected to problem 1. (yellow means there is a problem, a firewall, etc)

that is pretty much it.
