Firefox 3 Release & Stardock Site Compatibility
Jul 30, 2008 12:59

Firefox 3.0 goes final and is scheduled for release on Tuesday, June 17th.

There are currently known incompatibilities between Firefox 3 and many of our sites and forums. For the most part, the sites function properly, but have formatting issues. A specific example are the login & password fields to log into these forums. In Firefox 3, instead of both being on the same line, they are stacked vertically.

We will be addressing these visual issues in time. Please do NOT post threads on the forums pointing out Firefox 3 site issues. They will be deleted. We are aware of the problems and will work as quickly as we can to resolve them.

Until posted otherwise, the only version of Firefox our sites support at the moment is Firefox 2.

screen capture software

By Posted July 14, 2007 08:56:02
I have been using Corel Capture to do scren captures but it doesn't seem to want to capture Window Blinds title bars and borders. Does anyone have a suggestion for a freeware screen cap program that will capture WB?

thanks

I have used " HoverSnap " for 4 years and I've always been pleased with this freeware.

You can find it at " HoverDesk" at this link: ( Click on the "FreeWare" on left side of page)

PrtScrn here too
I keep meaning to transfer over to the snipping tool . . but never do

FastStone Capture allows you to set PrtScrn as the default. So I use PrtScrn too but it now uses FastStone Capture to capture the full screen. Or Simply Rightclick on the icon in the system tray & choose the specific area or use the default key combos or create your own. Open the image in Faststone Capture & you can add text & shapes ect., add captions or change brightness ect.

I use Snag-it and it does the best job there is for a lot of different types of captures.

Yes, and I like how it can upload to Flickr, and easily insert images inside an application like Word.

Just found this one the other day and can't believe that I have never seen or heard of it. I'd question vista compatibility but works fine on XP and the price is right!

I have gone thru some screencapture programs but only a few are able to capture screen with dxobjects. I use either the default MS print screen feature or HoverSnap(after seeing its shortcut in Buzz's dxtheme).
