Difficulties applying WindowBlinds Skin completely

By Posted May 7, 2007 22:16:58
Y'know, I thought this was easy. Pff.

So, the Task Bar, Toolbar, and windows apply like usual...but I can't get my Start menu to look like on the picture, and I have no idea what to do. Google's not helping.

Help?

How isn't it working? Screenshot? Are you sure you have it set to use the XP start menu (as compared to the Classic start menu)?

Yay, this'll be done quicker than I expected..

Ok, SO, I'm using the Dark Blue skin, and it should look completely like this...

Note, the Apps menu's customization.

I check the Start menu, and it looks like this..

And I KNOW it shouldn't look like that. It should be covered completely.

Now I mucked with WindowBlinds, but I can't find anything related to the Start/Apps menu. I have no idea what to do in Properties. Though when I checked, it was set to "My Current Theme".

Right click on your taskbar > Properties > Start Menu > make sure the first one is checked. You're using the Classic start menu.

Oh! Thank you very much! Forgive me for this though, my youth and being fairly new to owning my own computer has lead me to be unaware of simple steps. ^_^'

Thanks for the instant help!

I wouldn't have got it if I didn't get such quick help. I'm really thankful.
