Firefox 3 Release & Stardock Site Compatibility
Jul 30, 2008 12:59

Firefox 3.0 goes final and is scheduled for release on Tuesday, June 17th.

There are currently known incompatibilities between Firefox 3 and many of our sites and forums. For the most part, the sites function properly, but have formatting issues. A specific example are the login & password fields to log into these forums. In Firefox 3, instead of both being on the same line, they are stacked vertically.

We will be addressing these visual issues in time. Please do NOT post threads on the forums pointing out Firefox 3 site issues. They will be deleted. We are aware of the problems and will work as quickly as we can to resolve them.

Until posted otherwise, the only version of Firefox our sites support at the moment is Firefox 2.

All Programs Menu Sizing

By Posted March 31, 2007 15:48:57
My problem. When I go to the start panel and mouse over the 'all programs' button, the menu pops up with the programs, but on some skins the menus are too wide and all the programs don't show up. My question, is there any way to change the width of this menu? Thanks.

Open the skin up in Skinstudio and adjust the left and right content margins accodingly for the More Programs Menu > Background image. You will have to reapply the skin after every adjustment to see if its is aligned correctly.

Thanks for the reply, but no matter what valves I put in, nothing changes in the skin.
I save the changes for the skin, reapply the skin, and everything is the same. The skin is excepting the new values, because when I go back in and try again they are changed. Any other suggestions?

Then your not doing it correctly , make sure its content margins for the background image, and not the margins for the arrow image.

They should be set correctly, the only other things it can be is you are using WB font overides, or a different DPI setting than me. make sure font overides are off in WB.
